The world's leading sweets and snacks trade fair, now a trio: finished products, the new ISM Ingredients segment (raw materials and semi-finished goods) and ISM Manufacturing (production and packaging technology, formerly ProSweets). Nut snack brands, roasters and nut-ingredient suppliers exhibit alongside confectioners; ISM Ingredients is a direct route to European snack and confectionery buyers of macadamia kernel.
