What happens next

Automatic screening, not approval

The submission service accepts a request into the queue. Separate checks compare the contact domain with the organiser’s website or company record, check sanctions, and reject contact details in free text. Acceptance does not confirm a published event or organiser verification.

Acceptance and publication are separate

A request that passes the automated checks can publish without waiting for human approval. A request that fails creates no event record. This page cannot show the later screening outcome or promise a publication time or an email response.

Published records are re-checked

The calendar’s re-check schedule becomes more frequent as an event approaches. Inspect the published record’s source and last-check date, and check the organiser’s current page before making plans.

Check the public calendar

Queue acceptance is not a publication or notification receipt. Do not submit the same request again merely because it has not appeared. Later changes and available source history belong on the published event record.
