Annual one-day marketing symposium of South Africa's subtropical fruit industries, bringing growers, packers, exporters and service providers together on market shifts, retail trends and innovation. Macadamia is no longer a Subtrop commodity (SAMAC is independent), but the Limpopo/Mpumalanga grower base overlaps heavily and the export-marketing content transfers directly.
